Club Change makes change easier. Jill will guide you through Intention setting and practicing those intentions individually or as a group. Journaling, visioning, choosing, sharing are all encouraged. We kindly move through awareness, choice, action, reaction, acceptance and celebration together as a club.
An intention is a desire or commitment you are making to help you live your life to the fullest potential. Club Change helps you bring future intentions into your present practice.
8 weeks gives you enough time to have your intentions become a new habit in your body, mind or spirit...or whatever you intend to focus on for the club session. Participation can be anonymous and/or on full video/audio with some sharing.
Each Club is an 8-week class where Jill guides you through Intention setting and practicing those intentions throughout your daily life. Each week you will create and practice easy steps along your journey of change.
New for 2021: Club Change is offering two new ways to bring new thinking, new intentions and new practices into your life.
Club Change Mini is a four-week experience, a condensed session to boost you into your summer of change. This class is offered for four Sundays in May to find your focus and create practices to help you move through your change in a loving and supportive way.
Club Change Summer is an opportunity to bring your change into your life throughout the summer months. Following the first session in June, where we will set our intentions, sessions will be held on Sundays and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. PDT every week through August. You choose how often you join and what you need that week or month. Each month will also include brief focused sessions on one of the 8 Club Change steps.
Looking for something different?
Customize Your Own Club Change session(s) for a private 1-on-1 or group of your choice (coworkers, friends, family, etc.). Via Zoom or in person, Jill will guide your group through either your personal or team goals and practices that are achievable and measurable, with fun and acceptance as part
of the process.
