Chanting is a magical way to clear your mind, body, and heart and set the stage for a nourishing “silence." As the sun is to the moon, an "in breath" is to an "out breath" sound is to silence. No experience is necessary for this easy practice of chanting, in Sanskrit or English. Then there is the delightful practice of “being” in silence after each chant. One often ends up being compassionate with yourself and with others following this practice.
15-minute Zoom class on Monday at 7:00 am and
Friday at 8:00 pm (PST)
It's a great way to start your day! Jill typically leads two chants with two breaks of silence in between and then closes out with a grateful morning practice.

You can register once and have unlimited access to join weekly on Zoom. You will be muted out during these, but you can chant with Jill in your own chosen, peaceful place at home or wherever. No experience is necessary. No matter how many times you practice with us each session will feel new yet comfortable, including your first!
