Chanting is a magical way to clear your mind, body, and heart and set the stage for a nourishing “silence." As the sun is to the moon, an "in breath" is to an "out breath" sound is to silence. No experience is necessary for this easy practice of chanting, in Sanskrit or English. Then there is the delightful practice of “being” in silence after each chant. One often ends up being compassionate with yourself and with others following this practice.
Monday 45 minute morning Zoom class at 7:00 am PT.
You can register once and have unlimited access to join weekly on Zoom. You will be muted out during these, but you can chant with Jill in your own chosen, peaceful place at home or wherever. No experience is necessary. No matter how many times you practice with us each session will feel new yet comfortable, including your first!
No financial obligation.
For Five weeks this summer. 8:15-8:45 am Wednesdays June 15th – July 13th
Come join us on the grass - just east of the Imperial Beach Pier. We will chant short chants, and sit in quiet meditation in between. Or just come and listen. No experience necessary. No memorization required.
Bring your mat, your breath, your voice and possibly a chair, mat blanket or block to sit on. All are welcomed.
This meditative breath work and silence assists in cleansing and clearing our busy minds, and creates a path of peace and love. For yourself and for all.
Come check it out! Either on its’ own, (free for members or $5-15 suggested drop-in fee), or come before your yoga practice with Jill at 9 am on Wednesdays those same days - same location.
The vibrations of sound, and chanting loving intentions, like the traveling threads of these prayer flags.
