Chanting is a magical way to clear your mind, body, and heart and set the stage for a nourishing “silence." As the sun is to the moon, an "in breath" is to an "out breath" sound is to silence. No experience is necessary for this easy practice of chanting, in Sanskrit or English. Then there is the delightful practice of “being” in silence after each chant. One often ends up being compassionate with yourself and with others following this practice.
Monday 45 minute morning Zoom class at 7:00 am PT.
You can register once and have unlimited access to join weekly on Zoom. You will be muted out during these, but you can chant with Jill in your own chosen, peaceful place at home or wherever. No experience is necessary. No matter how many times you practice with us each session will feel new yet comfortable, including your first!

The autumnal equinox occurs in September each year, and in the northern hemisphere the date marks the end of summer and beginning of autumn. Jill will lead a 40-minute chant and meditation class to honor the equinox with silence and sound. No experience required. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Our chant/sit will take place on September 21st at 5:00 PM PT on Zoom.
