Yoga is about bringing mind, body, and spirit together through breath and movement. Join us to practice your affirmations while moving and connecting with yourself, your body, your breath.
Club Change is about connecting with our intentions and living in choice. This easy guided practice is designed to give you space to slow down and focus on your breath.
All levels welcome. It is a gentle Vinyasa flow, for the most part.
We practice together via Zoom each Monday at 4pm PT and Thursdays at 5pm PT. Join us by reserving your spot below.
When you sign up you will receive weekly email link reminders. But do put them on your calendar to reserve the time! These classes will be free of charge throughout 2022. Contributions are welcome at the PayPal link at the bottom of this page.

Yoga class at the Beach
50 minute gentle Vinyasa class in the grass - just east of the Imperial Beach pier. Jill will lead you, along with other YogaWithShawna.com members for a gentle class outdoors. Bring your own mat and props. $5-15 recommended drop in fee, or join Shawna’s Studio. 9-10 am PT Mondays and Wednesday mornings from June 13th – July 13th.
