Club Change makes change easier. Jill will guide you through Intention setting and living those intentions individually or as a group. Journaling, visioning, choosing, sharing are all encouraged. We kindly move through awareness, choice, action, reaction, acceptance and celebration together as a club.
An intention is something that is not yet in your life practice. It can be a word, concept, activity, belief or any desire or commitment you choose that could help you live your life to it's fullest potential. By definition intentions are NOT in your present practice. We can help you do that! You can INTEND to identify and, with practice, live that intention.
Start with our free Set Your Intention class. Then, for a small fee, join the us in the five-week Live Your Intention program to turn your intention into lasting practice—with community, accountability, and support every step of the way. Join anonymously or fully participate via video and sharing—your choice.
Most Clubs are six-week online sessions, beginning with a free Set Your Intention class, followed by five weekly Live Your Intention meetings for a small fee. Jill gently guides the group through check-ins, recommitments, and shared support to help you stay connected to what matters most.
With kindness and ease at the center, we use an empowering eight-step process that includes tracking, practicing, and affirming. You'll explore choices, shift language, and move through obstacles in a way that feels supportive—not stressful.
Join with full video and audio, or participate quietly and anonymously. However you show up, give yourself the gift of living your intention—one small, meaningful step at a time.
This free online class offers a supportive space to reflect, lightly journal, and envision the gifts you want to welcome into your life. You’ll create a personal Intention Mantra and identify simple practices to bring it into your daily routine.
It also serves as the first session of Club Change: Live Your Intention. After class, you can choose to continue with the full program for ongoing support and accountability, a small fee is required for the course.
No financial commitment is required to attend the first class. Just reserve your spot and join us.

A Canyon Story
Erosion gets a bad rap
Time, the culprit,
Reclaiming sandy beaches
Huge chunks of cliffside
Collapsing on themselves.
Time relentlessly eroding our containers
Etching lines on faces, pulling down corners of eyes
Dulling skin, calling dark splotches to the surface
Every day new speckles like a robin’s egg
Appear out of nowhere.
But what if erosion is growth?
The revelation of complexity,
New layers exposed, recontouring us
In infinite possibility
New spaces in between…
Limestone, sandstone, basalt, shale
Coloring our canyon in unique hues
Time, pressure, the flood of memories and hopes and dreams
All carving each element of our being
With their own intensity.
A million shades of new
Deeper, calmer, more open
Wind, breath, spirit
Flows as never before
Grand indeed.

Take a moment to listen to Catherine's testimonial on how Club Change has positively affected her journey.
Intentions are habits, routines, or small actions/tasks that are currently “not in your present” moment. By definition, they are a place or state that we seek.
Jill makes it easy and kind to settle into this future place with no guilt or judgment. This includes answering a couple of questions on a piece of paper, guided reflection, choosing your FOCUS, and finally ends with your choice of practice items that you want to implement to help you get to where you want to go. Start this journey now with love, ease, and no stress.
For some, it can take 20-90 days of consistent practice to bring a future intention into your present practice.
Here I explain my Canyon Analogy that demonstrates how intention setting can change your life.
