Club Change makes change easier. Jill will guide you through Intention setting and practicing those intentions individually or as a group. Journaling, visioning, choosing, sharing are all encouraged. We kindly move through awareness, choice, action, reaction, acceptance and celebration together as a club.  

What is an intention?

An intention is something that is not yet in your life practice. It can be a word, concept, activity, belief or any desire or commitment you choose that could help you live your life to it's fullest potential.  You can INTEND to identify one thing that you choose to bring into your life practice.  By definition intentions are NOT in your present practice. We can help you do that!

You can do the one time "Set Your Intention" class which is complementary.  And /or you can choose to stay the following 5 weeks for a small fee.  This gives you some community and personal accountability and enough time to have your intentions become a new practice in your life!  We guide you every step of the way. Participation can be anonymous and/or on full video/audio with some sharing.

Most Clubs are a six-week session where Jill guides the Club through check ins and recommits. Sharing the experience helps each one of us be accountable. We ensure kindness and ease are the priority as you create and practice easy steps to move you along your journey of change. 

 

Following the first session where we set our intentions, weekly club meetings allow for accountability and exploration of choices. We move through obstacles and practice new languaging.  This eight-step process makes it easy to follow step by step. Without judgement nor stress.  Tracking, practicing and affirming are just a few of the delicious processes Club Change uses to make change easily accomplished.

    This class offers you a loving time to consider, lightly journal, and envision some of the gifts you want to bring into your life. 

You’ll create your own Intention “Mantra” and some easy practices or behaviors for bringing that gift into your present.  

 

 This class also acts as the first Club Change meeting.  After the class, you might choose to sign up for a Club Change to practice your intentions and check in with some Club support.
