Club Change makes change easier. Jill will guide you through Intention setting and living those intentions individually or as a group. Journaling, visioning, choosing, sharing are all encouraged. We kindly move through awareness, choice, action, reaction, acceptance and celebration together as a club.

It can be a word, concept, activity, belief or any desire or commitment you choose that could help you live your life to it's fullest potential.  By definition intentions are NOT in your present practice. We can help you do that! You can INTEND to identify and, with practice, live that intention.

Most Clubs are six-week online sessions, beginning with a free Set Your Intention class, followed by five weekly Live Your Intention meetings for a small fee. Jill gently guides the group through check-ins, recommitments, and shared support to help you stay connected to what matters most.


With kindness and ease at the center, we use an empowering eight-step process that includes tracking, practicing, and affirming. You'll explore choices, shift language, and move through obstacles in a way that feels supportive—not stressful.


Join with full video and audio, or participate quietly and anonymously. However you show up, give yourself the gift of living your intention—one small, meaningful step at a time.

This free online class offers a supportive space to reflect, lightly journal, and envision the gifts you want to welcome into your life. You’ll create a personal Intention Mantra and identify simple practices to bring it into your daily routine.


It also serves as the first session of Club Change: Live Your Intention. After class, you can choose to continue with the full program for ongoing support and accountability, a small fee is required for the course.

    A 3-hour condensed Club Change Immersive online retreat.  We integrate word boarding, chant, meditation, gentle movement, and love letter writing.

Etching lines on faces, pulling down corners of eyes

Every day new speckles like a robin’s egg
